“It is an honor to receive this recognition”, said Debbie Ackerson, CEO of BMRHC. “This demonstrates the passion our staff has for providing high quality healthcare to our patients. Boston Mountain is fortunate to have caring, compassionate staff who diligently work to receive PCMH recognition. Congratulations, and Thank You!”
At the heart of the patient-centered medical home (PCMH) is the relationship between the patient and their healthcare team, led by their provider of choice. At Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, our main concern is the health and wellness of our patients, and our primary goal is to provide the best comprehensive and coordinated healthcare for patients at all stages of their life.
“NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition raises the bar in defining high-quality care by emphasizing access, health information technology and coordinated care focused on patients,” said NCQA President Margaret E. O’Kane. “Recognition shows that Boston Mountain Rural Health Center has the tools, systems and resources to provide its patients with the right care, at the right time.”
