If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call the Boston Mountain Rural Health Center after hours phone number: (870) 448-7222. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.
If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, please contact the billing specialists at Boston Mountain Rural Health Center at (844) 267-4220.
If you are an established patient of Boston Mountain Rural Health Center and need a prescription refill, please call your pharmacy and ask them to send a request to us at the office you normally visit (see above). Please allow a 24-hour turnaround during the week. Please DO NOT fax any requests.
No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
